It’s a duty that requires constant attention, and you probably don’t the needed time to take care of that. This is why we suggest that we carry out the task on your behalf. If you make use of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the processes running on it. In this way you’ll have more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server isn’t the easiest procedure on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, or depend on a 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler and easier alternative with our Optional Admin Services offer. We’ll make a complete backup of your virtual server once a week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any valuable information. Plus, we can restore a backup very quickly. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may sound like something far too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the best solution for you. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our experienced sysadmins who will install and set–up any software package or take care of any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
